Privacy policy

CERFODES processes personal data in line with the data protection laws of the countries where we operate, including Uganda’s Data Protection and Privacy Act 2019, Kenya’s Data Protection Act 2019 and the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

Enquiries: we keep contact details for 24 months after our last exchange. Messages marked as spam are deleted after 30 days.

Applications: CVs are kept for 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Every file is security-scanned before storage and encrypted at rest.

Newsletter: we send the CERFODES Brief only after you confirm your subscription. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Analytics: we use privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics and only after you consent.
